Written and directed by John Stewart, Irresistible is a comedy about what happens when a small town in Wisconsin becomes the main attraction of our political circus. After Democratic strategist Gary (Steve Carell) watches a video of a retired infantry colonel (Chris Cooper) defending the rights of undocumented cities, Gary believes he has found the key to Heartland’s return. However, when Republicans opposed him, sending his enemy Faith (Rose Byrne), what started as a local race quickly got out of hand and a fierce battle for the American soul.
